Nature of the Platform

Private Label Egypt (PLEgypt) is a technology brokerage platform. The platform does not sell physical product and does not take a commission on transactions between the parties. The platform's services are limited to:

  1. Subscription plans — access to platform features.
  2. Brokerage services — facilitating communication between buyers and factories.

1. Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription plans

  • You can cancel at any time.
  • The current month's fee is not refunded once the period has started.
  • No further charges will be taken in the next cycle after cancellation.

Annual subscription plans

  • A full refund can be requested within 7 days of subscribing, provided the account has not been used.
  • After 7 days, or in the case of actual use, the annual subscription fee is non-refundable.
  • You can cancel and continue using the service until the end of the paid period.

Exceptional refund cases

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • A serious platform-side technical failure prevented you from using the service.
  • You were charged twice in error for the same period.

2. Cancelling RFQs

Before any offers are received

You can cancel the RFQ entirely with no consequences.

After receiving offers from suppliers

You can still cancel, with notice to the participating suppliers. The platform charges no cancellation fee.

After confirming a deal with a supplier

A confirmed deal between buyer and factory is governed by the terms they agreed directly. The platform is not a party to that deal and bears no responsibility for cancellation or refund after confirmation.

3. Disputes Between Parties

If a disagreement arises between a buyer and a factory about a product or service contracted through the platform:

  • The platform mediates in good faith to help find a resolution.
  • The platform bears no financial obligation arising from the dispute.
  • We recommend documenting every agreement inside the platform to protect both parties.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Contact us within 14 days of the event, including:

  • Your full name and your registered email address.
  • The type of service or subscription concerned.
  • The reason for the refund or cancellation request.

Our team replies within 3 business days. When approved, the refund is returned to the same payment method used within 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
